What happens when you call
We are not the repair company, and we never pretend to be. Our job is the part that usually wastes a homeowner's morning: figuring out which local pro handles your brand, has an opening, and actually drives out to your road. You describe the symptom, the brand and the approximate age of the unit. The dispatcher passes the call to an independent contractor in our network who is a good match, and from there the technician handles the quote, the diagnosis and the repair directly with you.
Calling us costs you nothing. Each independent pro sets their own pricing and puts a written, upfront quote in front of you before touching a part, so the decision stays with you.
Why county-level routing matters
A county is not one neighborhood. The county seat may have a dozen appliance techs within a few miles, while a farmhouse at the far edge of Owsley County might sit forty minutes from the nearest service van. Calling a random number off a search page often means a shop that says yes on the phone and then pushes you to the end of the week because you are out of their usual loop.
Our dispatchers work by route. We check which independent pros in our network already pass through your area, who carries parts for your brand, and who has the right setup for the work, from a stacked washer and dryer in a townhome to a reach-in cooler at a corner diner.
